Executive Outplacement Coaching


Whilst the Cost-effective Outplacement Service could be utilised in support of executives selected for severance, it is often considered appropriate or necessary to provide senior staff with a level of support that is both more intensive and more personalised.

In such a situation, either an intensive 1:1 individual workshop would be arranged, or a series of coaching sessions. These would ideally be held on-site and start as early as possible in the rationalisation process. Where that is not feasible or desirable, the workshop or sessions could either be held at a local hotel (or other suitable facility) at the client's expense or, if both the consultant and the delegate were agreeable, at the delegate's home.
