Whilst the Cost-effective Outplacement Service could well be utilised in support of managers selected for severance, it is often considered appropriate or necessary to provide more senior staff with a more intensive level of support. In such a situation, this enhanced version of the Cost-effective Outplacement Service is recommended. The workshop would cover 3 consecutive days, coaching to a much greater depth, including practical hands-on guidance on key areas such as CV preparation, the routes into the Job Market, applications, letter writing, networking, etc. A copy of 'Your Career Control System' would routinely be provided to each delegate. In order to make available the greater degree of attention required to those attending, Managerial Outplacement Workshops are limited to a maximum of 8 delegates.
