This interactive programme is ideally suited for a whole range of employees, from shop floor workers or lower level administrators right through to supervisors (pre-management), or in any situation where the H.R. budget or timescale are key issues. A Career Headway consultant would lead a workshop on-site (or, if preferred, at a local hotel or other suitable facility, at the client's expense). The workshop would be for one full day and for a maximum of 10 delegates. A series of workshops would be scheduled to accommodate larger numbers of delegates. At the workshop, the consultant would highlight and provide hands-on guidance on those areas that the delegates would need to address when, for example, preparing a CV, approaching the Job Market, letter writing, attending interviews, etc. For an additional fee, if opted for by the Company, each delegate would be presented with a copy of 'Your Career Control System', Career Headway's highly acclaimed Job Search manual. This is a 400-page A4 guide to everything that they would be likely to need to know in order to take control over their career situation, both at that time and for the future. The guide is written in a 'self-learn' style, allowing delegates to work through it at home or at work, at their own individual pace. The delegates' introduction to the whole process is greatly accelerated by their attendance at the workshop.
